The Serenity art print is a part of Home Grown: Healing the Body, a collaboration between visual artist Quiara Capellan and Aya Paper Co.

Serenity is surrounded by a bouquet of lavender, orchids, and lemon bomb to embody relaxation and peace.

Lavender: A bright purple herb commonly used to ease stress, anxiety, and insomnia. The flower is less potent than the essential oil, but can be used to make herbal teas or smoke blends.

Orchid: Nutrient-rich orchid flowers can be used to treat insomnia and stress. The petals, stems, and bulbs can be dried and ground to be used in teas or other herbal preparations.

Lemon Balm: Part of the mint family, this anti-inflammatory herb can be used to help relieve stress and anxiety. The leaves can be dried and made into an herbal tea and the essential oil can be used for aromatherapy or massage.

This art print is 8.5x11 in and produced sustainably on paper made from 100% recycled t-shirts.
