SHIPPING
Shipping will be calculated and provided at checkout. As each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Please review the shipping information on the product page for the item you’re purchasing to determine expected ship dates estimates. We will email you with tracking information once your package ships. Our courier partners provide deliveries only on business days. If you are unavailable when our courier partner arrives with your delivery, they will make two more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us. Please review our Returns and Refund policy below.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of purchasing. If you wish to return or exchange your product: You can return or exchange items you purchase within ten (10) days of the delivery date. Such returns and exchanges must be postmarked within this ten (10) day window. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unused products for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and returned in their original packaging. Not all products are eligible for return, so please review the return information on the product page for the item you’re purchasing to determine return or exchange eligibility. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you must email a photo of the damage and copy of the shipping label to Flourish Support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we authorize your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
