The producer comes first. Everything we do is aimed at improving the livelihoods of creators behind the products. We are committed to nurturing the scalability of their small businesses through increasing their access to global markets while preserving their local economies.  Through this structure, we work to give everyone the opportunity to flourish!

Flourish is an ecosystem of entrepreneurs, artisans, and values-driven businesses. In our Makers section, you can access a detailed account about all of the creators on Flourish. Read more about their purpose, the people involved or benefiting from their work, and how they are working to ensure a low impact on the planet. We work to tell the stories of all our makers and share their impact with you.

Commitment to the environment is an important value to us. Enabling high-quality responsible manufacturing, nurturing green practices across and through the stages of production, promoting sustainable packaging, encouraging zero waste designs, and building an eco-friendly mindset is at the core of our collaboration with mindful producers.

With every product, you get to see how it impacts a producer's life directly through our transparent costing breakup, you get to learn more about how it was made and be a part of the maker’s story. A commitment to fair wages and transparency in disclosure of the community being impacted is the key consideration when we bring new makers to the platform.

Order details are shared once you place your order. The order number can be used to track and enquire about status of your order.

Flourish works with many different kinds of sellers all over the world The items are all handmade and are created keeping in mind green practices across the production. Thus, some of them are only made once you order them. Please check the shipping information tab on the product page for if an item is ready to ship/made to order and how long it will take for it to reach you.

Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us.

We work with third-party delivery partners who facilitate the delivery all over USA. If you have any concerns with regards to delivery, please reach out to us.

Please check the return information tab on the page to find out whether an item is returnable or not. Non-returnable items include items ordered from makers outside of US; perishable items: food and personal care as well as all made-to-order products.

To initiate a return, you can email to us at hereforyou@flourishplanet.com in accordance with the return policy applicable for the product.

The return order will be picked up from you within 5-7 days of your return request being approved. Please bear with us while we process your return. 

Please ensure that the product is maintained in its original condition. Refunds will not be processed for damaged or otherwise compromised items.

Yes, you can return individual items from a larger order. If your order contains items from multiple/different sellers, please match the return tracking ID carefully at the time of pick up.

If after placing an order, you want to cancel it, then please email us at hereforyou@flourishplanet.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

We accept all modes of payment, including credit card, debit card.
