Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy 

1.Currently we are offering only standard shipping upto 4-10 business days and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders $9-$20 Please use the chart below to estimate shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders.

2. For International shipping charges $85-$192.

3. Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

4. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

Split Orders:-

Your order may be dispatched from various warehouses. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email to tell you which items you’ll be receiving in each delivery.


Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.


In case, you wish to return your product: -

1.Flourish returns policy gives you the option to return items purchased on Flourish within 10days (Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information). Return labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US.

We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

2. Returns are not allowed for international orders.

3.In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can mail us at Flourish Support

4. Not all products are eligible for returns. Please check on the return & shipping info on the product page to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. 

5. Once your return has been Received, we'd be happy to process your refund. The same amount will be credited back to the payment mode that you used to place this order and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder) if mail is not received. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Please note shipping charges will be deducted from your refund shipping fees are non-refundable. This will be processed after we have received the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

*In odd cases where the product fails in quality check, it will be delivered back to the customer.  

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to the above Policies:

  1. Swimwear, Activewear, Fabric, Personal Care, Stationery, Accent Furniture, Books if seal/cover opened, Lighting, Caps, Personal Care, Aroma Therapy, Food & Perishable items cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or defective.
  2. Some products like jewelry, Lighting, Accent Furniture, Stationery, and other selected products which are susceptible to damage can only be returned for a limited number of days (within 48hrs) from the received date. (need to highlight within 48hrs)
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).

6. In the circumstance where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Flourish would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

7.The Flourish Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed-upon time.

8.We aim to process all returns within 2 weeks.
