Flourish is an ecosystem of ethical makers and consumers. As an artisan-first platform, our goal is to tell the complete story behind every product: the story of the creators, the eco-friendly materials used, and the responsible manufacturing methods employed.
On Flourish, we provide not only a place for sellers to share their goods, but create a curated experience with product selection tailored to global markets to ensure success for our vendors. In addition, we work to tell the story and impact behind each seller and their products.

We strive towards protecting the environment, supporting the creation of regenerative products, building economic resilience for artisans, and transparently reporting our impact. Core Values
Transparency
Flourish platform is designed to disclose the full story behind each product. The story of the creation, materials used, producers involved and a cost breakup is also available for each product. All makers on the platform are required to share this information with customers.
Environmental Impact
We ensure that our makers engage in manufacturing practices such as recycling, upcycling, reuse, and reduction of resources used to ensure minimal amount of waste. Products on Flourish are made with natural or upcycled materials.
Sustainable Livelihoods
We work with groups that create social impact for their artisans through providing secure livelihoods with fair and continuous wages. We also seek out groups that employ traditional craft skills, preserving and celebrating cultural heritage.
Additional Values
There are complex nuanced issues that arise from setting up an entirely ethical and transparent supply chain. Thus the values that are ideal to have but may take time to build are listed in this section.

This group uses a portion of the proceeds to give back to the community or work towards the growth of the community at large.

This group completely avoids the use of chemicals or toxic materials in their production process.

This group focuses on working with women producer groups and other marginalized communities.
CIRCULAR PRODUCT/SERVICE
Circularity is about keeping materials at their highest value for as long as possible - it’s about designing out waste such that there is minimal waste. It prioritizes making more and taking less.
